Return and Replacement
- Without prejudice to the provisions of the warranty agreement and the regulations, the customer has the right to return or replace the product within only 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.
- To return or exchange a product, it is required that the product be in good condition and that the consumer has not used the product or obtained any benefit from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety.
- The customer bears the costs resulting from the return or exchange process. In the case of an international return or exchange, the consumer bears the full costs of shipping and delivering the product to the shipping company. In the event of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.
- The consumer has no right to return the product in the following cases:
• If the product was manufactured at the request of the customer or according to specifications specified by him, with the exception of products that have a defect or that violate the specifications specified by the customer.
• If the product is newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or anything else considered literature.
• If the contract deals with providing accommodation, transportation, or feeding services.
• Electronic cards, smart vouchers and gifts.
• The product used or installed.
• If a defect appears in the product resulting from misuse.
• If the product is video tapes, CDs, computer programs, or operating systems that have been used.
• The serial numbers of the device, the original carton, colors or any other appearance do not match the product when it was received during the purchase process and as stated on the purchase invoice.
- Products that have been opened will not be replaced if it is not proven that there is a manufacturing defect in them, noting that non-replaceable products are all that violate or deviate from the terms of the warranty, such as (misuse - cutting - breakage - the opened product is not in its normal condition - failure to follow instructions Operation - exposure of the product to water if it is not water-resistant - performing any external maintenance - complete or partial failure of the device from working if accessories that are not compatible with the device’s characteristics are used.
- In the event that the product is returned or exchanged for other reasons (i.e. the customer needs to exchange the product or changes his mind), the customer will have to pay shipping fees and bank transfer fees.
When returning, the customer must pack the device in its original carton and ensure good packaging.
- Tech Bit Store is not completely responsible for any damages that may be caused by shipping companies due to poor packaging or the like. If the item suffers any damage resulting from shipping, we will notify the customer directly to file a claim against the shipping company.
-You can submit refund requests within 10 days after the guaranteed delivery period. You can do this by sending a message to [email protected].
- Purchases paid with purchase vouchers, credit cards, or through the purchase installment service cannot be returned in cash.
- Amounts will be returned in the same way they were paid.
Cancelling order
- All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has begun, it can no longer be canceled and an amount of 50 will be deducted for the shipping fee.
Warranty
- Without prejudice to the provisions of the warranty agreement and the regulations, all products in the warranty are subject to the (consumer value) policy.
- The guarantor for most brands is the agent located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, not the Tech Bit Store. We are an intermediary between the customer and the agent, and there are some brands and products that we guarantee.
- The warranty period is two years for manufacturing defects of the product only and does not include other malfunctions such as breakages or damage resulting from misuse.
- Not all products offered by us are covered by the warranty, as some products do not have a warranty, and their warranty is an operational warranty for only one week.
- The free gifts offered by the Bit Tech Store (such as accessories) are guaranteed for an operational warranty of one week only.
- The warranty is considered void if the serial number is removed from the product packaging or warranty sticker. Please ensure that the serial number has not been tampered with or removed. If this happens, we will not be able to serve you.
- The warranty is considered void for any damages resulting from (using accessories that are not compatible with the product - not following the manufacturer’s instructions for operating the product or how to use it).
- The warranty is considered void if the product is used incorrectly, such as overclocking the processor or graphics card, raising the temperature, or downloading dangerous programs.
- Attempting to service the product at any maintenance center not authorized by the agent will void the warranty on the product.
- We cannot serve you if the original packaging cartons for the product are not available, especially the screen carton.
- It is prohibited to return assembled computers for any reason, and only broken parts will be replaced.
- The warranty is considered void if the box of the assembled computers is opened without the approval of technical support or the insurance sticker located behind the device is removed.
- Any shipping fees that may result from sending products to the Tech Bit Store, which are covered by the warranty, will be at the customer’s expense.
- If a problem appears with the assembled computers within 72 hours of receipt, the Tech Bit Store will bear the shipping costs to and from the customer.
- We will inspect any product before sending it to the agent to ensure that the problem is due to a manufacturing error.
- During the warranty period, you can maintain the product every time you need maintenance.
- Tech Bit Store does not have the option to extend the warranty.
- The warranty includes storage parts only, and does not include any lost data or information that was stored on it.
- The use of graphics cards in mining is considered illegal and card malfunction is classified as (misuse).
- Screen warranty: This product is very sensitive and may be damaged during shipping. Therefore, we advise customers to insure their shipment that includes a screen.
- Warranty for chairs and tables: These products are considered consumable, so the operation guarantee is a comprehensive guarantee within the first 72 hours (the customer inspects the product, and if he finds any deficiency or defect in the operation of the chair, the customer has the right to replace the product directly). After that, the warranty is for one year from the date of purchase only on the structure and does not include breakage, scratch, bending, wear, or hydraulics.
- Tech Bit Store does not guarantee that the products offered will work on other devices such as PlayStation or Xbox, if this is not mentioned in the product description.
- We note that the only reference to determine the parts warranty is the Bit Tech Store.
Maintenance and repair
- Maintenance of the product and quality of workmanship is provided by the guaranteeing company, which is the manufacturer or its agent in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and is subject to the manufacturer’s policies described in the product’s warranty guide or the manufacturer’s website.
- To obtain maintenance and repair services, the customer can contact the maintenance and repair service provider directly to obtain the required service in accordance with the rules and regulations in the category. We are pleased to provide the customer with contact numbers for agencies and distributors by sending a message to [email protected].
- Maintenance and repair services provided by the maintenance service provider are not considered the responsibility of the Tech Bit Store, and this includes the availability of spare parts, repair time, and quality of service, in addition to repair costs and all types of compensation and complaints. The customer can communicate directly with the warranty service provider in the event of any complaint or claim.
- Misuse of the product or non-compliance with the instructions for use in the product manual or the instructions referred to on the Internet and digital pages when activating the device.
- Breakages, strikes, cuts, or exposure of the product to external factors such as liquids, humidity, or high temperature.
- Operating system malfunctions or software malfunctions, whether resulting from applications installed by the customer, or from applications pre-installed on the device.
- Scan operating system files or partitions from the hard disk or malfunctions caused by viruses.

- The maximum maintenance period is 14 days from the date the agent receives the product and not from the date Tech Bit Store receives it.
Terms and conditions for assembled PCs
- If the customer decides to cancel the order for assembled PC while it is in the “installation”, “testing” or “packaging” state, an amount of 500 riyals will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer.
- If the customer decides to cancel assembled PC order while it is in a “shipped” state, an amount of 600 riyals will be deducted from the customer’s refund amount.
- If the customer does not receive the order and payment is made upon receipt, a deposit will be taken on any other customer order.
- Tech Bit Store allows the customer 7 days to test the assembled PC from the date of receipt and provides remote technical support when problems arise. After the expiration of the period or the customer opens the PC, we are not responsible for any problem that may occur later.
- When a problem arises within 3 days of the customer receiving the assembled PC and it is not resolved remotely, the Tech Bit Store will bear the shipping costs to and from the customer, and after that the customer will bear any additional shipping costs.
