Shipping in Local KSA:
We are proud to offer shipping services to all cities in KSA. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those cities or area, we will contact you.
Shipping Time:
Shipping time varies by City /Area location. Our estimates are 3 to 7 working days.
Max delivery time is 10 business days.
Tracking Information:
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped to courier service.

Shipping and delivery policies and provisions:
• Shipments are processed and delivered to the shipping company within 2-7 working days.
• We have the right to choose the shipping company or change the shipping method.
• Tech Bit Store is not responsible for shipments after delivery to the shipping company, whether in shipment delays or damages.
• Tech Bit Store is not responsible for the damage that occurs to the shipment due to shipping, and the customer must verify the shipment before signing for receipt and not receiving it if it is damaged.
• If the customer discovers any damage in the shipment after receiving it, he can file a claim for compensation on the shipping company and not on the Tech Bit store, provided that this is within 24 hours according to the policy of the carrier company - and the customer must request a complaint form from the Communications Authority website.
